"I don’t think you can be proactive unless you truly understand what motivates you, and that’s just one of the things Beth helped me to do. She also gave me insights into the way I work, plus the confidence and support I needed to do the book my way—and stick with it too."

Games
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: "Olly olly oxen free" is a phrase used in children's games, which is generally used to indicate that people who are hiding (in a game of hide and seek, for example) can safely come out into the open.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: "Capture the flag" (CTF) is a traditional outdoor game often played by children or sometimes adults where two teams each have a flag (or other marker) and the objective is to capture the other team's flag, located at the team's "base", and bring it back to their own base. It is also a popular paintball game and a computer game.
